All of these benefits are really able to work for you when you take out the dairy, fat, gluten, and refined sugar from its pie cousin. I promise, you won't miss these inflamers with this rich, creamy smoothie. It takes minutes to make and you don't even have to fire up your oven!

Ingredients:

  • 2 frozen bananas

  • 4-6 dates

  • 1 cup of canned pumpkin

  • 1 1/2 cups of oat milk

  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice


Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately with a bit of extra pumpkin pie spice sprinkled on top.
